TracFone Wireless is seeking a Jr. Operator to maintain, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot data center equipment and software in support of data center operations. Support production operation environment including multiple servers, networking, batch processing, backup and related activities.
Monitor batch job activities and report problems to application support analyst
Monitor system console for error messages, log and escalate problems to system analyst.
Monitor system connectivity and escalate issues to network analyst
Media Processing duties for Carrier data
Perform system health checks, preventative system maintenance and system troubleshooting/issue resolution
Perform backup and restore of data files and systems as needed
